The Training Concept

The Training Concept

The muscles which stabilize the spinal column are optimally strengthened
and imbalances between various groups of muscles are evened out. A combination of strength training, stretching, and alleviating exercises of the spinal column relieve the torso and neck. Additional individual gymnastic programs, detailed and easy to understand in writing, are developed to be carried out at home and on trips as supplementary training.

The Effectiveness of the FPZ-Concept

The strength and capability of the spinal column stabilizing musculature increases over three months on the average 30 to 50 percent, whereas the mobility of the torso and cervical spinal column increases markedly in all levels of mobility. 91 percent of all muscular imbalances and symmetries can be completely eliminated within six months. The existing back and neck pains are improved in 93.5 percent of all patients, on the average, every second achieves complete freedom from pain.*
