Find the right answers to the most important questions Pain is often difficult to understand. The so-called post disc removal syndrome , for example, demonstrates this clearly: With some patients who were operated on because of a herniated disc, the same pain as experienced before the operation reappeared suddenly or gradually. How can something which is no longer there hurt? In order to answer such questions - in particular, the development of an individual therapy plan - requires much experience and exchange with the patient. Otherwise, it can easily occur that the patient can sooner or later look back upon a long "doctor history" which did little to benefit him or her.
