| In-patient Interventional Pain Therapy Short-term in-patient treatments include, in addition to diagnostic infiltrations using x-ray image converting technology in the operating room, the precise injection of medication into the inflamed vertebrae and near the spinal cord under sterile operating room conditions. Special Infusion treatments are sometimes additionally required. The inpatient pain therapy concept is based upon the most modern advances of physical therapy. In our partner clinic, where we treat our inpatients, all areas of physical therapy, including various heating and cooling treatments, electro and balneal therapy, and various forms of physiotherapy are offered by qualified personnel. Indication
- out-of-town patients, or when inpatient pain therapy is no longer sufficient
- acute and chronic pains of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions of the spine
- Intervertebral arthrosis, arthritis (degeneration of the vertebrae, vertebral joint inflammation)
- facet syndrome (vertebral joint pain)
- polyneuropathy (nerve pain)
- pain as a result of poor circulation
